I\'m a product of the charming Yorktown, VA, area, where my journey began and shaped me into who I am today. As a cancer survivor, I\'ve traversed through the tumultuous waves of diagnosis and treatment, witnessing firsthand the struggles of others facing similar battles. It was during this time that my mentor, illuminated the path forward, teaching me the invaluable lesson of leaning on others while embracing and amplifying my strengths. Currently, I proudly hold the title of Senior Regional Manager in Precision Oncology at Exact Sciences. Within this role, my mission is clear: to deliver tangible results within a nurturing and positive organizational culture. With a remarkable capacity for learning, I swiftly translate knowledge into impactful actions, driven not by ego, but by an unwavering passion for the field. My inspiration stems from witnessing success and its profound impact. Guiding and witnessing others flourish fuels my spirit, and I find immense joy in providing constructive feedback and coaching to help individuals realize their full potential. Beyond the boardroom, my aspirations extend to making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, striving to enhance their quality of life through innovative oncology solutions. Volunteering has always been close to my heart, whether it\'s advocating for women\'s leadership or championing cancer fundraising initiatives like Cycle for Survival. While I navigate the professional landscape with determination, my personal pursuits bring balance and fulfillment. A single-digit handicap golfer and devout Orange Theory enthusiast, I relish every opportunity to immerse myself in the serenity of the outdoors, particularly the tranquil embrace of the beach. Embracing the spirit of continuous growth, I\'m currently on a journey to master Spanish through daily Duolingo sessions, albeit still a work in progress. As an avid golfer and health advocate, I\'m adaptable and open to new adventures, including potential relocation to pursue opportunities aligned with my passions and professional aspirations.
