Maybe, you’ve spent time being more outgoing in order to fit in only to find it utterly exhausting and unsustainable. I know how that feels.Through Flourishing Introverts, I coach mid-career introverts in Professional Services and STEM roles to find and use their authentic voice so they are heard when it matters and get noticed for the right reasons, giving them the confidence to apply for their next big role.If you lead & manage people, have there been times when you may have been guilty of focusing on the more vocal members of your team? My 24 years working with of international clients through my own training consultancy has shown me just how problematic this bias is. It impacts employee engagement, retention and productivity. It impacts the health & well-being of employees with the obvious consequences. Then there’s the impact on succession and diversity. It’s time to maximise the diverse talent in organisations and I’m the one to help with that.
