Generalist role operating at Advisor level since end of 2023 (and against advisor spec since Jan 2025), covering all areas of the Employee lifecycle in a fast-paced media agency. Pivotal role to ensure efficient and smooth running of the People Engagement function. Build strong and trusted relationships throughout the business to enable effective collaboration on all people related initiatives. Nurture and coach Goodstart cohorts, while building impactful relationships with Line Managers, coaching, and advising them, and leading on ER cases, escalating to CPO and PE BP where necessary. Main contact for Goodstuffers’ queries on a range of policies and People related matters. Lead the monthly management of payroll and pension, working alongside Finance. Report into Chief People Officer and People Engagement Business Partner. Contribute to and drive People projects that deliver against our People Strategy with ownership of the following key areas: • Onboarding/Offboarding (full management of the probation review process, from probation meetings through to exit interviews)• Employee Relations • Employee Experience & Engagement (including designing surveys and analysis)• Benefits & Payroll Management • Management of Freelancers and status determination via Worksome• HR Admin, Reporting & Analytics• HRIS HiBob & ATS Team Tailor• L&D including Continuous Professional Development (CPD) log tracking and training in adherence with the IPA criteria along with delivering values-based & competency-based training to all entry-level hires. • Project Management; coordinating and delivering bi-annual Wellbeing initiatives, Work Experience initiatives (Summer School, Advertising Unlocked), Entry-Level (Goodstart) Recruitment & Training coordination, and scheduling in-house/external L&D activities.Agency Lead for the Inclusion Council working group, ambassador of our Mental Wellbeing maintenance group, Space, and certified Mental Health First Aider.
