Joanna (Gammon) Tyson is a seasoned recruiter, lifelong connector, community leader, and servant-hearted professional who absolutely loves what she does! Joanna made history as the youngest person ever to serve on the UNC Charlotte Foundation Board, committing 9 years to the university she loves, after serving 6 years on the Alumni Board. Among her many recognitions, one of her greatest honors is receiving the UNC Charlotte Humanitarian Award, given to alumni who demonstrate extraordinary lifelong service and leadership.
