Expertise: Restructuring & insolvency, Contentious corporate support, Shareholders\' disputes, Intellectual property, IT and technology contracts, Contractual claims, Fraud, Arbitration. I enjoy gaining an in-depth understanding of my clients\' businesses and objectives, and then coming up with solutions to help them to achieve these. Outside work I am a mum to 2 teenage boys, and try to find some time each week to go running and practise yoga in order to stay (somewhat) sane!
