ABOUT JOANNA CROSS
I accidentally fell into the hospitality and accommodation sector; I started my professional working life in Australia on the Switchboard at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney in order to pay my way through Design School. My career has since transported me to London, held me in employment and leadership roles across a number of well-known temporary accommodation industry leaders, and travelled through stints in Telecomms, Guest Services, Concierge, Reservations, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Revenue Management, Operations, and Consultancy. Following a move to Devon (UK), I\'m delighted to be working as Client Services Director at Aqora, where we operate serviced apartments and provide accommodation solutions. In my spare time, I enjoy a good hike across the moors or further afield.
