At MBB, I lead data strategy and impact evaluation to strengthen programs supporting formerly incarcerated mothers and their families. I design and implement monitoring systems, oversee qualitative and quantitative evaluations, and use data storytelling to drive funding, advocacy, and program design. My work ensures evidence-based decision-making for interventions that promote maternal health, family reunification, and financial empowerment.
