I am a Greek-speaking Senior Associate Solicitor specialising in Residential Property and Leasehold Enfranchisement work, with particular experience in extending leases for flats and houses, individual and collective enfranchisement, freehold reversion sales and purchases and Section 5 rights of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. I also have extensive experience in high-end residential conveyancing in and outside London and secured lending.
