I am a passionate and seasoned data analyst with over 10 years’ experience. I have been working with subscription data as well as customer and finance data. I have worked across many sectors such as gas & elec, broadcast & broadband and finance & banking. My latest roles were heavily based around customers’ behaviours, journeys, and experiences. I always thrive to deliver the best insight possible and customer service while balancing stakeholders’ expectations.I am a great believer in simplification and effective data visualization. I am also well-versed in SQL (any), Excel, Power Point and Tableau with regular and constant exposure to those tools. I am self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and experience of data analysis. I am a quick learner who can absorb new ideas and can communicate clearly and effectively. I am very tech savvy with good understanding of business and stakeholders’ management skills. Currently I am taking a course in the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence by Imperial College Business School that will cement my Data Science knowledge.
