ABOUT JOANNA RUDNICK

I am a passionate and tireless storyteller who thrives on challenges, deadlines, details, iterations, and being a part of a team. I\'m most at home when I\'m creating something - whether that\'s a script, a pitch, an interview, a documentary film, a digital marketing campaign, or a whole department. I\'ve worn many hats in my career - Emmy-nominated documentary filmmaker, development director, science journalist, creative director, content strategist, and small business owner. I am inspired and moved by the human condition and a desire to translate it to story. I\'ve been fortunate to lay witness - from behind a camera - to patient movements, the adoption of novel therapies, policy change, and families living with and fighting against chronic and terminal illnesses. I\'ve helped fortune 500 companies and health-care philanthropies launch new products, roll out educational initiatives, and communicate brand worth and mission through digital and social media. As a Creative Director and business owner, I\'ve built and managed large creative teams from the ground up in both the motion picture/broadcast industry as well as in life science and healthcare marketing and advertising. I lead with a commitment to open communication, growth and fulfillment, and diversity and inclusion.
