ABOUT JOANNA ROLLS
After a start in event management I took the organisational skills I had developed there and moved them into travel. 5 years of on the ground tour leadership gave me great opportunities and a lot of fantastic memories as well as teaching me a huge amount about people and the world in which we live, work and play.10 years later I had managed crisis teams, developed new trips, handled budgets, trained trainers, continued to travel - whilst introducing the next Rolls generation to travel as well - and thoroughly immersed myself, and enjoyed, the travel management roles that I have undertaken. My latest adventure now has me residing in the Lake District, absorbing the beauty, running in the fells and still travelling.Waiting to see where it will all take me next.
