As one of the longest-serving members of the Romero team, I’ve seen the company grow from start-up to one of the UK’s leading independent brokers. In that time, I’ve worked in various roles, all leading to my current position as Director. In this position, I oversee the existing business team as well as having my own client portfolio.I’m proud to see the company where it is now, leading the UK in many insurance categories and continuing to grow. We remain fiercely independent, which helps us in the same way it did 20 years ago. We’re agile and able to make decisions quickly and decisively.I’m excited about the future of the business and my team in particular, where our focus is on excellence and attention to detail in all areas.
