ABOUT JOANNA METCALFE PRIEST
I currently head up the Building Surveying team at GPE, overseeing delivery of asset protection and modernisation works across our central London portfolio. Working closely with our Technical Services Managers, we ensure we meet and exceed statutory requirements, sustainability targets and aim to provide a great workplace for our Customers. With nearly 15 years experience in the industry across private and public sectors and across commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare and education properties, I have gained varied and diverse experience over my career. I have developed a broad skill set across a range of traditional building surveying services and project management.
