Development of handover strategies and management plans in relation to the construction and subsequent fit-out of projects on a nuclear licensed site. The key focus of this role is to ensure that the collation of all records required for the lifetime management of the facilities is maintained from inception to completion of the project and that the ‘intelligent client’ is confident that the structure meets the stringent requirements set out by the ONR (Office for Nuclear Regulation). • Communication across all project team stakeholders to understand the cross-functional requirements for successful project delivery. • Management of a team of handover coordinators to facilitate successful handover delivery.• Working alongside Amentum Quality Managers and managing the relationship between handover and quality. Using LFE to constantly improve how projects are delivered.• Liaison with quality engineers and suppliers to ensure the delivery of relevant lifetime record documentation that is required to achieve concurrent handover.
