   As the Senior Manager of Field Development for KEEP Collective, a rapidly growing sub-brand of Stella & Dot, I run the internal operations that set up our independent sales force for success. Working closely with our Training & Coaching team, I am responsible for driving the core functions that motivate and enable our independent business owners through communications, incentives, recognition and events. Ensuring our field is setup for success is critical to enabling KEEP to scale smoothly as we embark upon massive growth. My Key Responsibilities include: Communications: Manage daily, weekly and monthly communications to keep the field informed, motivated an inspired. This includes monthly success plans, weekly video email message, and ad-hoc announcements. Events: Plan and execute field events including opportunity & training tours, national sales conference (Hoopla) and leadership events.Recognition, rewards and incentives: Collaborate with our Field Development leaders to motivate the field by executing rewards and recognition programs, including monthly recognition, promotion rewards, and recognition at annual events. Develop and execute field incentives, including both flash incentives and annual trip incentive programs. Ensure all reward, recognition and incentive programs reinforce the core compensation plan – which is always our primary incentive.
