About Joanna Link

Hard work and determination are key aspects defining who I am. Growing up on my family’s fifth-generation dairy farm, I learned the eminence of teamwork, dedication, and leadership. From doing chores in the barn, leading my 4-H club throughout high school, and even studying abroad in Europe, I became excited by problem-solving and motivated by being part of a team. I recently graduated from Grand Valley State University with my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Spanish. I have been involved in multiple mentorship programs on campus that have expanded my knowledge and enabled me to build relationships and strategize student engagement. I have also completed several internships in HR and marketing that allowed me to bring what I learned in the classroom into the workplace. Prioritized long-term goals of mine are to develop a career as a Human Resources professional and expand my knowledge of digital marketing. I am confident that my skillset, team-player attitude, and passion for people will largely contribute to me reaching these career goals. I value a harmonious work environment, effective leadership, and creating meaningful relationships.
