With over 15 years of evaluation experience, familiar with various evaluation approaches and designs, specialises in qualitative research methods. Managed and/or contributed to a range of evaluation studies related to health, education, employment, social and gender issues. Former delegate to the Local Employment and Economic Development Programme at the OECD and civil servant responsible for commissioning and supervising evaluation studies of large-scale and complex programmes. Experienced in delivering training on evaluation approaches, research designs, methods and techniques (for the European Institute for Public Administration and Cambridge University).
