I joined Haseltine Lake Kempner as a Partner in January 2020, following on from working for 12 years for two leading IP firms in Nottingham. I have experience working with large, medium and small medical device companies and medical device start-ups, as well as having worked for several of the top globally recognised FMCG and pharmaceutical companies. I have a proven track record in achieving success by representing clients before the EPO at opposition and appeal hearings, having attended over 200 hearings. Due to my vast opposition and appeal experience, I have led and worked as part of a larger team on various hearings on a broad range of subject matter including formulation chemistry, pharma, med-tech, electronics and biotechnology. I am also a keen advocate of setting up mock EPO opposition and appeal hearings to trial run cases, and has successfully assisted with the running of several mock trials for numerous clients.
