Additionally, this role is responsible for developing internal policies and procedures and managing budgets for technical requirements like wireless licensing.Strategic Leadership & Training:Responsibilities include developing annual plans for product safety and compliance, mentoring and training staff, and serving as a key liaison between engineering, legal, supply chain, and quality teams. The position also provides critical audit support to ensure policy adherence and overall compliance.
