About Joanna Cline

I bring extensive multi-jurisdictional Human Resources experience combined with strong graduate-level education, allowing me to contribute a versatile, people-centered skill set. I have been responsible for a wide range of Human Resources functions. I regularly work across all levels of the organization, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and ensure that processes are both effective and compliant. This role has required a high level of organization, discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail. While my background is rooted in hands-on HR leadership, it is supported by strong graduate-level education that enhances my effectiveness. I hold a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, providing a solid foundation in organizational behavior, data-informed decision-making, and employee engagement.Additionally, driven by my passion for inclusion, accessibility, and equity, I earned a Master of Library Science in December 2025 with a focus on outreach and community engagement. This program emphasized applied, data-driven projects; cultural humility and trauma-informed care; and the creation of clear, accessible communications such as presentations, infographics, and training materials. These experiences further strengthened my ability to assess organizational needs, analyze information, and communicate recommendations clearly and support diverse populations.
