Daily tasks include establishing goals, identifying the best communication cadence, providing training, and assessing the state and health of the partnership during quarterly account reviews. Overall I provide valued consultation to Emergency Management, IT, Business Continuity, Public Safety, Security, and other teams on how to implement technology tools into their alert and warning programs to keep their residents and employees safe and their operations running during disruptive events, statewide emergencies, and local disasters.
