ABOUT JOANNA BLAKELY
I advise institutional and private landowners with development land portfolios across the UK. My clients have long term investment horizons and my objective is to maximise the value of their assets by taking them from greeneld, agricultural land to residential-led mixed use development sites, whilst minimising risk and maximising opportunity. I have 9 years experience in the property industry and throughout this time I have acted for a number of clients governed by the Charities Act, providing me with specialist knowledge in this area. I also advise a number of clients on delivery of ESG objectives through their development assets, without prejudicing value. I am part of a team of three acting for the Church Commissioners for England across their whole Strategic Land Portfolio. Other clients I act for include Guy\'s & St Thomas\' Foundation, Gonville & Caius College, GreenSquareAccord, Thames Water and a number of others, including private landowners and Estates. Originally from Southampton in Hampshire, home for me is now Battersea in London. My spare time is taken up with crossfit, running, volunteering for the Samaritans and exploring London\'s parks and coffee shops!
