ABOUT JOANNA BIDLACK
Jo is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the National Security Sector at Leidos. She is a strategic advisor to the Sector President and the Sector Leadership Team. She leads the Sector HR team and oversees the implementation of strategic people plans, policies, and initiatives that enable the Sector to achieve its goals, objectives, and financial plans. The National Security Sector is comprised of professionals focused on delivering a wide variety of programs for customers in the Department of Defense, the US Intelligence Community and Homeland Security. The Sector combines technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intelligence customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics. She has built a career on excellent communication and “people” skills. She is creative and driven to solve the most challenging workforce challenges. Jo is known for her passion, commitment, and dedication to employees. She holds a Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University in 2010.
