Responsible for working with local, nationwide, and international couples and families to schedule and coordinate four weddings each weekend. • Offer hospitality and guidance throughout the entire process. • Facilitate and coordinate the protocols required by the Archdiocese of Chicago and all US Dioceses. • Vet and work with vendors. • Assist with all Special Events, including the World’s Largest Block Party, The Emerald Ball, The Annual Concert at the Symphony Center – Siamsa Na Gael, Deck the Hall Symphony performance and Cocktail Reception.• Responsible for hosting the Dignitary Breakfast before the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and hosting Guest Stars and celebrities involved with all the Special Events at/or for Old St. Patrick’s Church.
