About Joan Buccigrossi

I am passionate about helping organizations create inclusive work environments where employees can thrive. When people can bring their full selves to the work that they do, they are more creative, innovative, fulfilled and committed to the goals of the organization. I have had the great good fortune of working with leaders who have been open to change and committed to learning in order to be better leaders and to shape the culture of their organizations. Organizational culture is malleable and responds to the values and ideals of the leaders. When leaders are determined to create a fair and equitable workplace, incredible change is possible (see Catalyst studies below). I work with leaders and employees to articulate their goals, identify barriers and create action plans to obtain the workplace that enables people to reach their potential and companies fulfill their business objectives. This work is incredibly rewarding. I love working with people to resolve issues that can seem confusing and insurmountable. I feel privileged when I work with good people and companies to make them even better.
