As a passionate Instructional Designer, Facilitator, and Learning & Development Leader, my career has been a purposeful progression—each role building on the last, sharpening my ability to design strategic learning solutions that truly move the needle.From managing technical training early on to leading large-scale leadership development initiatives, I’ve consistently aligned learning programs with business goals to drive engagement, retention, and growth. At Arbonne, I’ve partnered with senior leaders to build a scalable leadership pipeline and delivered high-impact workshops to 250+ employees—cementing my belief that learning should be actionable, relevant, and people-centered.Prior to that, I designed end-to-end training experiences at CBRE, Raytheon, and Research Now, gaining a deep understanding of how to create learning ecosystems across fast-paced, high-performance environments. Along the way, I’ve become fluent in tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms—while maintaining a learner-first mindset.Each chapter of my career has uniquely prepared me for the next.
