Hello there. I’m a UX Director focused on making enterprise and customer-facing software easier to use. For more than a decade, I’ve led teams, built design systems, and partnered across product and engineering to design tools that reduce friction and let people focus on their work instead of fighting clunky software.My background in psychology and early work with children with autism showed me how thoughtful design can directly influence people’s progress and experiences. That realization sparked my transition into UX, and I’ve built my career at the intersection of psychology and design—creating software that feels intuitive, human, and frustration-free.
