   I teach, coach, consult, write, and create inner and outer spaces for curiosity to bloom into wisdom. To become wise is to transform beyond responsible adulthood into a mature sage-hood of consequence, a life that Matters. My passion lies in helping people through their own formative journeys to this immensely satisfying role in life.In 2019 I laid down my direct work, and I am now in the action-research phase of co-creating a wisdom university and innovation incubator that serves post-adulthood Creatives. This virtual learning space and cooperative will be home to emerging practical mystics with humble aspirations for changing the world. While its curriculum will rely on grounded theory and proven practices, it will not be hemmed in by a particular belief system, whether rational or spiritual, traditional or modern, Western or Eastern, although all our myriad Wisdoms will be respected and learned from.~~I hold a PhD in Human Development, Leadership, and Systems Change. My research focus has been higher-order development toward personal presence, relational intelligence, group creative resilience, leadership wisdom, and organizational sustainability, with a special interest in the Process-Creative Philosophy of Alfred North Whitehead, which bursts almost all of Modernism\'s bubbles. I\'ll be exploring why and how. I am certified as a presence-based coach by the Deep Coaching Institute, accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the International Enneagram Association.~~Pathways of sage-ing unravel inner and outer conflicts and give back mindful dignities of self, relationship, leadership, and service. Self-development opens us to risk a curiosity about the possible. Done well, such work aims for the inherent Good, for sustainable resilience, and for joyful spaciousness in life, relationships, work, and purpose.
