About Joana Rodrigues

Once upon a time, I was an engineer who loved solving problems. I loved helping other people solve their problems too. This is the story of how I became a Marketing Enthusiast and Manager. For the past nine years, my goal has been to provide customers the tools and confidence they need to partner with Ashcroft in their problem-solving journey. As a Product Manager, I translated customers’ requirements into manufacturing specifications and helped developed highly marketable products that met unique demands. I enjoyed working on complex solutions that bridged sales requirements, engineering know-how, and manufacturing capabilities. Today, I leverage marketing tools and techniques like digital marketing, user experience, and marketing collateral design to make sure we reach and empower our customers and prospects. I have been involved in many complex projects and oversaw over 15 product releases.My curiosity helps me keep up with the latest trends. I have an array of certificates, from business writing to google analytics and WordPress. I\'m fortunate to lead a team of six direct reports and many freelancers, marketing agencies, and graphic designers, locally and abroad. They have been an excellent source of experience and knowledge. All these skills, combined with my analytical brain, and technical training, make me an astute B2B marketer. I am driven, organized, and adaptable, and I’d love to chat with fellow marketing enthusiasts and problem solvers.
