Within my role as an HR and Recruiting Intern, I deal with many employee related tasks. My name is Joana Gjoka and I am in my third and last year as an under graduate student at Florida State University, receiving my bachelors degree in Spring of 2026. With a degree in Human Resource Management, I am interested in contributing to an organization\'s productivity and improving employee satisfaction and relations. I am always open to more opportunities to enhance my experience and knowledge in this field. Post graduation, I plan to pursue my MBA at Florida State University as well, hoping to expand my network in order to build on my professional development and further prepare me for my career goals. Currently, I hold a position as an HR/Recruiting intern at GeekSI.
