Intellectual Property Manager in the Operations team at Schneider Electric. Prior to that I spent the a year at a large law firm filing and prosecuting both US and International patents. I spent 13 years as a Sr. Patent Paralegal supporting Microsoft Business Division, Windows, Server and Microsoft Research. Direct client contact with internal business development groups and inventors. Manage US and International patent budget. Assist with starting up to 300 US patent applications per year. Manage heavy US and International patent prosecution load. Manage temporary Administrative assistants and Mentor new employees.
