ABOUT JOAN MOELLER

Joan Moeller is the Senior Business Development Director for Certification for FoodChain ID. She is responsible for fiscal management and planning to achieve and exceed the agreed profit and loss budget and cash flow plan. Strategically she collaborates with the Managing Director, International to ensure the training and consulting services that are offered are optimized and in alignment with the changing demands of the business. Joan’s 25 years plus experience in the sales and marketing industry enables her to develop and maintain strong business networks including a network of trainers and consultants. Joan launched her career in food safety at CERT ID as the Marketing Campaign Manager and spent the time in this position by applying strong business acumen and offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths. Joan is recognized by her peers and colleagues for excellent leadership, work ethic, creativity and commitment. She continues to pursue her educational knowledge by self-directed education through webinars, industry specific class room studies, conferences and educational publications. Joan’s academic background includes a B.G.S. degree with a concentration in marketing where she graduated Cum Laude. She is also a member of the Iowa Branch of Institute of Food Technologists.Joan Moeller lives with her husband Curt, on their farm that has been in his family for 100 years.
