Revamped processes from feedback and implementing best practices. Applied criteria-based scoring to help identify most valuable work. Held Product team accountable for their tickets and understanding of business value.• Identified and created a “one-stop shop” for all teams to get information on any aspect of the product lifecycle. Set up regular updates for making incremental changes to information and links.• Created a process to review new (or major changes) analytics requests with leadership, building in reviews to minimize working through details in approval meeting, facilitating, and moving the work forward, and making the status visible to everyone.• Completed Pragmatic Framework Product Manager Certification, outlined practices and principles and templates, posted all materials including details for each process step. Work with individual Product Managers to apply practices.• Program Manager for Retail Media Network (RMN): created charter, clearly identify high-level initiatives, map up to Product goals, and map down to actual work to show clear visibility on how work supports the company. Identify and facilitate meetings between cross functional teams to make sure appropriate people are involved up front to prevent re-work, outline outcomes for team for common understanding and alignment of work.• Set up Lunch N Learns based on team feedback to help educate people on different topics.
