I work in multi state Talent Acquisition and Outreach within behavioral health and Applied Behavior Analysis. I have a background in ABA and human services, but more than anything, I care deeply about families and the teams who serve them.In my role with Carry On Therapy, I recruit and onboard Registered Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and support staff across multiple states. I also help families navigate the intake process so they are not left sitting on a waitlist wondering what comes next. I work closely with leadership to strengthen staffing systems and coordinate hiring in a way that supports real growth, not just numbers on a spreadsheet.I manage recruitment and community outreach through social media and professional networks, sharing job opportunities, service information, and resources. Whether I am connecting with a clinician who feels called to this field or a parent who is overwhelmed and looking for help, my goal is the same. Provide clarity. Reduce barriers. Make the first step feel less intimidating.This work is personal for me. I am a mom of a daughter on the autism spectrum, and I have navigated disability in my own life as well. I know what it feels like to advocate, to wait, to worry, and to hope. That perspective shapes how I approach recruitment, outreach, and leadership. Families deserve timely access. Providers deserve support. Both matter.I also serve as the Founder of Stronger Together Family Support Network, a nonprofit created to walk alongside families navigating developmental and behavioral challenges. My mission across everything I do is simple. Make sure families feel supported and make sure the professionals serving them feel valued.I bring experience as a Registered Behavior Technician and continue to build my clinical knowledge through graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis.
