Joan Goode is a native North Carolinian. She grew up in Asheville, N.C, graduated from North Carolina State University and has lived in Charlotte for over 20 years. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Joan spent ten years in Los Angeles, CA working in technical sales and management in the electronics industry as a top producer. In 1996 Joan returned to NC and decided to take on a new challenging career adventure in real estate. She became a licensed Realtor® in 2005 and immediately positioned herself as one of Charlotte’s most accomplished agents, earning in her first year Dickens Mitchener Rookie of the Year Award, the Charlotte Regional Realtors Rookie of the Year Award and the North Carolina Association of Realtors Rising Star Award. Joan has been a Dickens Mitchener Top Producer every year since 2005, with sales consistently over $20M.Joan is thrilled to act as an ambassador for the Queen City and takes pride in helping her clients find the perfect neighborhood and house to call home. She brings a knowledge of Charlotte’s business community, the diversified faith community, area schools and colleges, Charlotte’s parks and recreational assets, and the regions long list of vacation destinations.Joan is married to her college sweetheart and has a daughter and twin sons.
