This sq ft historic warehouse rebuild is a multi-use venue that combines high tech functionality with the charm and beauty of the historic property it used to be. We specialize in everything from multi-day corporate events to weddings and everything in between. Our biggest draw is the ability to go from \"day\" to \" night\" seamlessly providing a one of a kind event experience for corporate clients looking for an out of the box solution for company meetings, leadership retreats and trade shows. At the same time, our beautiful interior, ivy walled courtyard and warehouse district location make us a premier location for social galas and dream weddings. My main initiative is to create, build and grow the venue business.
