Career History –The past 25 years of my career were spent with Verizon facilitating the multibillion-dollar company’s growth, transformation, and delivery of a superior employee and customer experience. The first ten years of my tenure were spent in human resources designing compensation and talent management programs as the company scaled significantly. The most recent half of my career was rooted in customer service leading specialty teams that deployed technology innovations (machine learning, AI, etc. to digitally aid customers), supported a niche customer segment (specialty bilingual teams), serviced technology transfers, and managed credit and order processing. In short – my career was spent ensuring employees and customers were best supported in order to spur organizational growth and transformation. – Current Focuses – Following a successful tenure with Verizon, I retired from executive leadership and am now focused on the second chapter of my career – performance coaching and board service. I am currently engaged in consulting with clients through the Achieve Institute to drive innovation, reach peak performance, and maximize business outcomes with additional former involvement as a nonprofit board director. I am open to select consulting engagements and board service.
