AREAS OF EXPERTISE- Extensive experiences from working with political and security policies; military defense and civil defense issues; Security Sector Reform and Development issues, international humanitarian law; strengthening national and local resilience of the society- In-depth knowledge of conflict prevention, conflict- and crisis management, sensitive negotiations, mediation, post-conflict rehabilitation, as well as state and peace building- Extensive experiences from national and international multi-stakeholder co-ordination and facilitation among governments, IOs, within the private sector, as well as among other relevant actors; also with regard to the EU and NATO issues- In-depth knowledge and experiences from working with international law; national rule of law, democratization, governance and public administration reform; political developments and elections, reconciliation processes; human rights, CSR, private sector development etc- Extensive experience from working both with international business development and projects dealing with business processes, political processes and large projects in various of sectors- Extensive experiences of working in international, complex and multicultural environments as part of senior management teams, as well as in senior-level advisory positions, program management and other similar positions- Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills, management of staff, budgets; administration; conceptualization of strategies, analysis, planning and operational implementation of priorities and programs- Extensive experiences from advising at senior levels on domestic and international political affairs; worked and lived in numerous of countries and different regions in Europe, Middle East and Asia- Excellent understanding of private/business and public sector development having worked on these issues extensively both in Sweden and abroad.
