ABOUT JOAKIM DIMOSKI
I am the Head of Corporate Partnerships (Key Account Management) at SOS Children’s Villages Norway. My unit is responsible for both sales and care/follow-up of businesses, organizations, foundations, philanthropists, schools and volunteers that want to donate money or other types of value to support our cause.I currently manage a team of two direct reports, and together we strive to build strong, long-term partnerships that both support our cause and create business value for our donors.As the head of the unit, I own the strategy and have full P&L responsibility for all our segments. I am also responsible for facilitating efficient collaboration with other parts of the organization, especially marketing, program, finance and IT. In addition, I manage my own portfolio of donors and lead new sales initiatives - primarily towards businesses.Before joining SOS Children’s Villages, I worked as a management consultant for 6,5 years at Sprint Consulting and BearingPoint, focusing on strategy, operational excellence and business development.I am passionate about leadership. As a leader, I strive to deliver concrete results and create lasting change, while also creating a safe environment where people can thrive and grow.
