From my time at the Boys and Girls Club as Junior Staff in high school to now being a Chair of the Josh Kraft Mattapan Teen Center, I\'ve been dedicated to helping the community that helped shape me into the solution-oriented, outspoken, communicative person I am today. I believe teamwork is only powerful when everyone\'s voices are heard. That spirit comes not only from seeing the frustration of those around me but from being a first-generation American from a family of Haitian immigrants.
