With over ten years of experience in public policy, public affairs, and financial technology, I am a senior consultant at Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), where I provide public policy recommendations, econometric analysis, and data analysis for the Connectivity, Markets and Finance Division. I have a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Chicago where I was a recipient of a full-tuition scholarship from CONACYT-SENER and an International House Watkins Graduate Fellowship; a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a Bachelors Degree in Economics (BS) and Political Science (BA).My core competencies include economic analysis, analytical skills, as well as proficiency in English and Spanish.
