Dedicated to high-precision micro- and nanofabricationUnder my leadership, X-ray LIGA technology has moved from a technology of last resort to a reliable opportunity for high aspect ratio microstructures. With a clear route to increase the substrate area, we now focus on cost reduction. Our main market focus is parts for X-ray optics with roughly 1/2 of the turnover. 1/3 of the turnover comes from a mix of applications which sometimes require R&D work. 1/6 of the turnover is from making micromechanical parts, mainly gears.
