Shine Coaching was launched to work with SME\'s and help grow their business by supporting and upskilling recently promoted and appointed managers. Having walked in the shoes of both a struggling but aspiring manager, and a managing director who wanted the best for their staff and organisation, my coaching comes from a place of experience and understanding. Through one-to-one coaching and mentoring, clients are able to see a different perspective and know what next steps they should take on the pathway to being an inspirational leader. I support, encourage and motivate managers to believe in themselves and their ability to do their job, to feel prepared and ready for the responsibilities, and to have confidence in their decisions.
