In my role at CoachPath, I provide executive coaching services to enhance performance, build confidence, and support career progression. I also offer HR consultancy, advising on strategic and operational HR initiatives, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being. Coaching• Executive Coaching with a focus on enhancing individuals’ performance, building impact and resilience and understanding what is holding people back. Outcomes include improved confidence and gravitas, new behaviours, better decision-making, reduced stress, increased impact and visibility and better work life harmony.• Conducting Career Coaching sessions to assist with progression, career changes, and interview preparation.• Undertake Parental Transition Coaching to support individuals returning to work by setting them up for success and minimising the impact on their career progression.
