About Jo Welter
With 36 years in the education field, I have experienced numerous programs and implementations over the years. I have never experienced anything as positive and productive, with true systemic change as I did with our Learning Ovations Partnership. Our scores and improvement in primary reading speak for themselves. I support this group of researchers and educators and I am committed to working toward getting all children reading at grade level by the end of third grade. As adults, we first must BELIEVE that this can happen. Literacy is the path to equity.
