ABOUT JO WEBSTER
Welcome to my page. I am an addictions therapist I am trained in EMDR, Trauma, CBT and DBT, as well as a variety of holistic complimentary therapies. I use a compassionate and integrative approach. I also thoroughly enjoy the practice of co-regulation with my clients, as well and encourage them to self care, have fun and embrace their own creativity. I also enjoy working with families and offer family therapy as well as one to one therapy. To ensure that I can provide the best therapy for my clients, To enhance my profession further I continue to do CPD and live a rich and cultural life.I have been a therapist for several world class treatment centres as well as now working for the NHS in Scotland\'s first residential and treatment program. I feel privileged to do the work that I do and since the pandemic era I have now extended my work and offer both live and remote counselling sessions as well as interpersonal psychotherapeutic group work.
