As Global Managing Director, my primary focus is on nurturing and advancing the growth of K2\'s European business. Beyond overseeing operations in the UK, France, and Sweden, I actively drive various global projects aimed at fostering cohesion, communication, and collaboration across regions.With the introduction of our Kinetic business plan in Q1 of 2022, I assumed the role of strategic co-lead for \'People & Culture,\' a pivotal aspect among the six strategic priorities outlined for the next five years. Additionally, I am honoured to co-chair the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), where we collectively steer the company towards its vision of success.
