I launched ProgressiveEducation.org in 2020 following the success of my \"Progressive Education Group\" on Facebook which formed in 2019. It is an information hub exploring alternatives to conventional methods in education, created in response to the increasing dissatisfaction among parents/carers, teachers and employers with our outdated education system.The website includes a growing international directory of progressive schools and learning communities, jobs and events, campaigns to bring about change and supportive resources for parents/carers, educators, school start-ups and young people. I have ambitions for Progressive Education to be an impactful social enterprise to support and excel the movement for change.

I am passionate about education which gives young people appropriate skills for the 21st century (creativity, collaboration, communication, critical thinking), and puts children\'s rights, social justice, mental health and wellbeing right at the core. I run Progressive Education which is social enterprise raising awareness of alternatives to conventional schooling. The ProgressiveEducation.org website includes a directory of progressive schools/learning communities, events and jobs from the sector. It also includes initiatives to improve the learner experience at school, changemaker campaigns, articles and research.In collaboration with Limitless, I also run a membership for people wanting to set up their own schools and learning communities.
