Set up, develop and lead the D&I Team, Engagement, Heath and Wellbeing Culture teams ensuring delivery on strategic objectives and provision of a quality service to employees- Led on Acas\' internal response to the Workers Protection Act, including the procurement and roll out of Sexual Harassment Training, an organisational risk assessment and worked with the Policy team on new policy and raising a concern route maps- Created and implementing the People and Culture strategy - delivered a nationwide in-person and online engagement programme to co-create the Acas 4 cultural pillars, customer centric, collaborative, empowering and adaptable, underpinning the culture of the future, creating an implementation plan- Provide advice and support to Executive Directors and support the Chief Executive and People Director in all areas of culture, inclusion and engagement
