   Ms. Stallings is responsible for the company’s brand identity and strategic communications. She oversees all marketing, event strategies, community relations, and retail place-making programs. Known as a dynamic marketing professional and proven team leader, Ms. Stallings brings a 20-year portfolio of award-winning projects and results-oriented experience to Cross Street Partners.Prior to joining Cross Street Partners, Ms. Stallings held a variety of senior marketing positions with Maryland-based industry leaders. Most recently she coordinated business development and marketing for Design Collective, Inc. As Director of Marketing Services for Columbia, Maryland’s Holland Construction, Ms. Stallings oversaw the company’s name change and rebranding campaign as well as pioneered new marketing and business development strategies.Previously Ms. Stallings served as Director of Marketing Services for Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, where she led a team that developed strategic marketing plans designed to generate leads, lenders, and tenants for properties in Baltimore, Maryland and Durham, North Carolina. She also served as the company’s in-house graphic designer and photographer. Ms. Stallings graduated Magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications from the University of Baltimore. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Publication Design and earned her Maryland State Real Estate License in 2010.
